Refund policy

The Japanese Bazaar, located in Japan, offers a 14-day refund policy for all vintage and new items sold to European customers.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be sent back to our location in Denmark in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item and have inspected it, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

If the item is returned damaged or used, a refund may not be granted.
